Custom packages can be created by combining any of the following packages and adding on additional services for bridal parties, family members, etc. as listed in the following section.

Starting at $3000
For one bride including the trial and wedding day hair style
Each package includes:
- Trial for One Bride
  Preview up to two styles
  Trials are either on location or in studio - Carina will provide options based on your location
- Wedding Day Hairstyling for One Bride
  Includes travel for Manhattan, The Hamptons (including Montauk), Brooklyn, Queens & Long Island

  Optional clip in extension installation is included

- Prompt communication via email from booking through your wedding date with you and/or your wedding planner
- Beauty concierge - leading up to your wedding day Carina will answer any/all hair questions, give recommendations and expert guidance based on your individual needs
- Access to our private bridal portal where you can find all the info you need for next steps after booking, scheduling your trial and a complete prep guide for how to prep for beauty leading up to your wedding day
- Access to our exclusive bridal guest portal for anyone else receiving services with us - we will provide you the link after booking so you can share with everyone to make sure they’re all prepped for your wedding day
- A detailed beauty schedule will be provided to you a few weeks before your wedding day

For one bride with wedding day touchups - reserve your stylist for the day
Each package includes:
- Trial for One Bride
  Preview up to two styles
  Trials are either on location or in studio - Carina will provide options based on your location
- Wedding Day Hairstyling for One Bride
  Includes travel for Manhattan, The Hamptons (including Montauk), Brooklyn, Queens & Long Island
  Parking, tolls & ferry fees are included
  Optional clip in extension installation is included
  Extensions are not provided. Clip in extensions must be washed, cut or trimmed & completely dried beforehand. If a trim is needed, this will be based on time availability & there will be an extra fee applied.
- Up to 9 Hours of Total Wedding Day Coverage
  This includes 30 minutes for set up, 30 minutes for clean up, 2 hours allotted for the bride’s hairstyle + 6 hours of wedding day touchups after all services are complete. Carina will stay with you to ensure you are picture perfect through photos, first looks, up to the ceremony or even post-ceremony. Guest styling may be included in the 9 hour window in place of touchup hours. Each guest is allotted one hour per person. For example, set up/clean up (1hr) + bride (2hrs) + 2 guests (1hr each) + 4hrs touchups = 9 hours total coverage.
  Additional travel, parking, tolls & ferry fees may apply depending on the additional location(s). Bride must provide travel between all locations.

Flower Girl Styling $150 per flower girl ages 7 & below / $200 ages 8 to 11
This is a 15-20 minute service
Extension styling not included
On Site Touchups $250 per hour / $375 per hour (overtime)
After your initial styling, Carina will stay with you throughout your event/photoshoot to ensure your hair looks flawless the entire time! Touch ups are scheduled hourly and once you add touchups to your invoice, they cannot be removed.
Hair Change $250+
A hair change must be scheduled in addition to touchups. Your stylist will stay with you for touchups through the entire time scheduled. Your stylist cannot leave and return for a hair change later in the day.
Multiple Locations $Price Varies
Additional travel fees will apply & are dependent on the location(s)
Carina is an independent hairstylist. She does not do makeup. Upon request, Carina can provide makeup artist recommendations for artists she works with frequently.

TRIAL DETAILS

- Trials include a preview of up to two styles per person
- Trials typically take 60-90 minutes for the trial, plus 15 minutes for set up & 15 minutes for clean up. Your trial appointment will be scheduled for a 2 hour block, although it may or may not take this entire time.
- We do not recommend scheduling your trial on the same date of an actual event (such as engagement photos, bridal shower or rehearsal) since we will likely be trying out more than one style, your hair will not be “event ready.” The trial is designed to give you a preview of what your wedding hair will look like and try out a few different options if you’re unsure.
- If you are using clip-in extensions on your wedding day, please have them ready to use at your trial as well so you can see your full completed look and get a true test for the longevity of the style. If you are using any other type of extensions, we do recommend also having them installed for your trial.
Once you have secured booking your wedding date, we will reach out to schedule your trial 2-3 months prior to your wedding date.
If you have already had a trial & would like to book another, please let us know via email anytime!
If anyone other than the bride would like to schedule a hair trial prior to the wedding day, please email or have the guests email hello@kimikonewyork.com
Include the following information:
1. Guest(s) first and last name
2. How many people would like to have a hair trial within the same appointment day and location
3. What time you would like your trial to start and/or what time you need to be done by
4. The exact address where the trial will take place
5. An email address for the guest(s) if you are emailing on their behalf
6. The best phone number to reach the guest(s) for the trial
We totally understand that emergencies happen. Here is my cancellation policy for trials:
Please provide written notice via email to cancel your appointment.
Trials must be paid in full seven days prior to the appointment.
Retainer fees are non-refundable.
Trials cancelled 5 days or more in advance - client may rebook any trial that has been paid in full for no additional charge other than any applicable travel fees due to change in appointment. For trials that have not been paid in full, the full retainer fee may be applied to the new trial date.
Trials cancelled 2 to 4 days in advance - retainer is not refunded & client must pay an additional 20% of the current trial rate to book a new appointment
Trials cancelled less than 48 hours in advance - retainer is not refunded & client must pay the full current trial rate to book a new appointment

*Additional travel fees may apply depending on the date and time of the new trial appointment
Please note - there is a different cancellation policy for the wedding day, rehearsal, welcome party, or any related wedding event other than the trial. Please refer to your contract for the full policy.
Our Classic, Signature and Premium Packages have been crafted to include the bridal hair trial. By booking a package, you secure your wedding date and then we will reach out to schedule your trial 2-3 months prior to your wedding date. We find that doing your trial closer to your wedding date is beneficial because more of our brides have their dresses & accessories selected by this time to aid in selecting a hairstyle that will go with your overall look. You can also test the longevity of your style in similar weather as your wedding day.
Of course, brides absolutely have the option of booking a trial prior to booking wedding day services. If you prefer this route, we can book your trial now. Booking a trial outside of a package starts at $450. If you are ready to move forward with booking after your trial, Bridal Styling A La Carte starts at $550. We require a 50% retainer fee and signed contract to hold your trial date. After your trial, to secure your wedding date, we would create a custom invoice for you.
Please note - booking a trial first does not secure your wedding date. If we have another bride ready to secure her wedding day package, we will reach out to you first to see if you’d like to secure your date before moving forward with another bride.

Brides - we recommend making your selection of styles from our Style Guide. We are also happy to see any other inspo you have when you submit your inspo form on our Bridal Portal after booking. Carina will gladly discuss your bridal look(s) with you to create your ideal style(s). The amount of time required to complete your style(s) will be dependent on the style(s) you choose.

Bridal party / family members / anyone else receiving services - please have your guests preview our Style Guide and make their selection for styles from this guide..

After you book, we will share the link to our to our Bridal Guest Portal so your bridal party and family members can make their selections ahead of time & have all the info they need for hair prep!

All guest services include either a blow dry only on wet hair OR a dry style on completely clean and dry hair (including down styles, half up styles and updos).
